These terms describe the rules for using ema, an AI assistant for WhatsApp Business operated from Bolivia for businesses in Bolivia and Latin America.

1. What ema is

ema connects your WhatsApp Business number to an AI system that answers messages, books appointments, and creates QR payment requests for your customers. You remain the owner of the number, chats, and data.

2. Account and use

To use ema, you need an active business, a WhatsApp Business number, and a Bolivian bank account (or one in your country) if you want to collect by QR. You may not use ema for spam, illegal content, or impersonating another person or business.

3. Plan, payments, and cancellation

Plans cost $50 (emprende) or $85 (negocio) per month (Bolivia) and are charged in advance; the empresa plan has a custom agreed fixed price. You get 7 days free, with no card required, to try it. You can cancel whenever you want from the dashboard; your account stays active until the end of the paid month and your data can be exported to CSV if you ask for it.

4. Your data

The chats, contacts, schedule, and payments that pass through ema are yours. We use them only to operate the service. More details are in our privacy policy.

5. Availability and changes

We make our best effort to keep ema running 24/7. Sometimes there are planned maintenance windows or WhatsApp/Meta outages outside our control. We notify you when we can.

If you have a signed agreement with ema, that agreement controls any specific point agreed with your business.
