How ema works
ema works on top of the WhatsApp Business you already use. You do not change your number, you do not change apps and you do not lose your chats. Setup takes 10 to 15 minutes.
The four steps

Create your account
Sign in to the ema dashboard with your Google account. No card needed: the 7-day trial starts there.

Add your services and hours
A step-by-step guide asks for the minimum ema needs to answer: which services you offer, what they cost, how long they take, who performs them and when you open.

Connect your WhatsApp
We take you to the WhatsApp Business API connection assistant. You confirm your number and come back to the dashboard. It is the only step that depends on Meta and usually takes a couple of minutes.

ema starts answering
From then on your clients write to the same number as always and ema replies with your business's tone, prices and hours. You see everything in the dashboard and can step in whenever you want.
What WhatsApp Coexistence is
Coexistence is the WhatsApp Business feature that lets a tool like ema work on your number without taking your app away. You keep opening WhatsApp Business on your phone, you keep seeing every chat and you keep replying by hand. The difference is that now, when you are not there, ema answers.
You can always take over
If ema does not know something, it does not make it up: it asks, or hands the chat to you with an alert in the dashboard inbox. And in any conversation you can step in and reply yourself; ema goes quiet and learns from your answer.
